Why I come to ABAC for study

I choose ABAC for study because I would like to develop my English language. My father want me study at ABAC because ABAC University have quality about English program.

I will develop my English because my English language is not good. I think, it very important for my life and my jobs in the future. When I see who speak with farung that who is smart. I want to have friend is farung.

When I was child I don’t like English language because my English teacher hit me. My father would live me try to learn English language. He expect me will succeed to improve English language. That is reason why my father takes me to ABAC for study.

I think, ABAC University has a quality very much because this University is the first international University of Thailand and ABAC University has many farung teachers such as A.Jasper. ABAC ready instruct English language more than other University.

Finally, I think ABAC University best for me and it make me like English language. I hope to succeed English language if I learn at Assumption University.

Law of contact and Juristic act

Today, finish class Law of contact and Juristic act. I think, you should know this subject a little bit because when you buy house, car etc. you must to know basic of contact
Kind of Juristic act
1. Unilateral juristic act: Juristic of the one intention, there are two juristic
A: Strict Unilateral juristic act, when the person shows the intention. It becomes juristic suddenly will.
B: Receive of unilateral juristic act by law it should be juristic when act to the other. For example, the offset debt intention to release.
2. Bilateral juristic act: the intention of two people or above, the contract will happen when there are offer and acceptance of the partner. For example, lending contract, sale con tract, and hire- property contract.
3. Juristic have effect to person who still alive: For example, sale contract, rent contract, release.
4. Juristic have effect to person who dead: can be used after the contractor die. For example, will
5. Juristic act have compensation: both contractor have benefit to each other. For example, sale contract, lease contract, labour contract
6. Juristic act have on compensation: receiver of the intention don’t need to give compensation to the other. For example, borrowing contract, giving contract

My Trip

Last year, During 14 – 16 on December 2006, my friends and I went to visited Chiang-Mai. We arrived from Ban-pong by bus at 7.00pm. I went with my daughter and 5 friends. We plan to visit “Royal Flora Ratchaphruek 2006”. This is international festival, called “ Word Plants Festival”. It was begun on November 1st, 2006 to January 30th, 2007. We choose to go on this day because, it is holiday and have a cool weather. We used time to go there about 10 hours. We came to the festival at 8.30 am. There are the great, have many peoples wait for time to open at 9.00 am. In the front, there has some show to welcome any peoples. In this day, has “Para-moter Show”. There have many para-moters about 10-20 para-moters. They came to fly over visitors. We were very exited. At 9.00 o’clock, it is time to go there. There had many organizations to come to show his garden and plants. We came to the orchid show, to see many kinds of orchid. It is very beautiful and has large size. After then, we go to the garden of other organization and some district of Thailand. We walked around and around. We looked for the food shop but we can’t find. We decided to have lunch at Krua-Kan-Bin-Thai. But it’s very high cost. After lunch, we went to visit “Hor-Kum-Laung”. Hor-Kum-Luang is the north architecture with Thai art. Tell the story about my King. It is the most important to came to visit in our trip. After then, We walked to visit international garden. The first, we went to visit Natherland’s garden. Because, We wanted to see garden of tulip. We take many photos in here. After Natherland’s garden, we went to see other garden from another country. Such as Phu-tan, Vietnam, Japan, etc. And we came to see the show “ music in the garden” on the middle of festival. This day have Jazz song. We sit to listened about 30 minutes. In the after, we went to the land of flower, it’s the last to have time to stayed. Here is so beautiful, full of flowers especially yellow flower. Because, It is color of my King. We came out at 7.00pm. Everybody in this trip was having a nice trip because we came to see the great and beautiful festival in my country. After then we went to Chiang-Mai night-bazaar to have dinner and shopping. And went to stayed at resort near the festival. And waked up in the morning to back to Ban-Pong by the same way and the same bus. We came back to my home in the evening of 16th December.

King Naresuan

Every day I read a book when I have free time. I must to read many book of law and English II because the final exam is coming soon and I don’t understand some subject such as special contact II and Law of Evidence. So, I should read a book more than another person. But, today is Sunday that I want to relax by watch movie at Major Cineplex Ramkhumheang. I was call to my friends about 6 people and went to theater by taxi at 10:30 o’clock and I arriving the theater about 11:00 o’clock. We decide to watch King Naresuan I, II in one day. We bought ticket King Naresuan I at 12:15 o’clock and King Naresuan II at 16:00 o’clock. The salesman tells us that King Naresuan each episode long time about 150 minute. King Naresuan episode I talk about when King Naresuan was young child about 10 years old and Thailand lose independence to Burma. King Burengnong of Burma takes prince Naresuan to Burma for guarantee that Thailand don’t rebel to Burma. Prince Naresuan was hostage but King Burengnong of Burma love him because he thought Prince Naresuan will be good king in the future. That time, Prince Naresuan was study with monk about war craft and he becomes a Buddhist novice. In the end, he finishes class that he tried to run away to Thailand. We went out theater at 14:30 o’clock. I was hungry very much. I looked around that I want to eat KFC. After that we bought popcorn before watch King Naresuan episode II.
King Naresuan episode II talk about when Prince Naresuan was adult. He must go to Burma because King Naresuan dead. Next King of Burma was King Nontabureang. His son wants to kill Prince Naresuan so Prince Naresuan proclaim peace and take Thai people to Thailand. They must to cross a Satong river and create bridge but Burma army follows them. In the end, they can cross a river and destroy bridge before Burma army comes there.

Introduce my self

I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is and nickname is Champ. My family has member nine people. I have two brothers and one sister. I come from Ratchabury. I finish hi-school at Sarasit Phithayalai School. In my life in abac, I am student at third years. My ID number is 471-8085. I study at faculty of Law. In the future, I must to learn barrister-at-law because I would like to be judge. In my free time, I like to listen music, dance, play computer games and see movie. My favorite food is Japan foods. My favorite sport is fishing. I’m go to dam with my brother and friends. We will compete fishing. Who can fishing more than that the champion and take money 50 ฿ per one fish

Look at myself in 10 years

In my future, I will have a good job about a lawman may be judge, lawyewr and legal adviser. I will have a big car because it can contain my big family. I will have beautiful home. My dream home is near sea. There are many trees around my home. There are many rooms in the home. On first floor, there is a living room, kitchen room, office, computer room, music room and bathroom. The kitchen room is very large and there is a lot space for people to sit and talk. In the music room, there is a good sound system for relex. On second floor there are three bedrooms, one room is a good room for my father and my Mather can visit me and stay. It can to view of the beach from each bedroom. In back my homes there are two gardens and playground for my child. I want to grow beautiful flowers and a lot of vegetables. This home will be very perfect. I can walk to the beach with my wife. She will be a good mum and good wife. We will have one daughter and two sons. They are very lovely and enjoyable. They make me happy. I hope my family warm.
